Receive Payments
Payments for water and sewer bills, recreation program, business licenses, Troutdale traffic violations, and building permits can be made with cash or check at City Hall or by mail. We do not accept payments by debit or credit cards at this time.

Utility Billing
Information regarding rates, opening/closing of accounts, and any questions can be answered at City Hall, by telephone or by FAX. See the FAQs page for frequently asked questions regarding obtaining utility service.

Lien Search
Title companies may view the City's electronic lien record at www.nassets.net. An individual may request a lien search for $25.00 per tax account number by mail or in person at City Hall.

City Property Tax
Questions regarding the city property tax rate, assessed value and other property tax matters can be answered by the Finance Director at City Hall or by telephone or mail.

Budget & Audit Reports
Budget and audit reports can be reviewed at no charge in person at City Hall.
