The Urban Renewal Agency operates on a Fiscal Year beginning July 1 each year which concludes on the following June 30 each year. The Urban Renewal Agency Budget Committee meets in April each year to consider and approve a proposed budget, which they then forward to the Urban Renewal Agency Board of Directors for their consideration a

The Annual Financial Report is the Urban Renewal Agency's presentation of its financial statements for external reporting purposes, and facilitates the monitoring and accountability responsibilities of the Urban Renewal Agency for oversight of the Agency’s fiscal affairs. The Report of Independent Certified Public Accountants is included in the report.

Urban Renewal Agencies must prepare an annual financial impact report of carrying out the urban renewal plan for the governing body of the municipality by January 31 of each year, for the preceding fiscal year, in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes 457.460. The report below fulfills the requirements.
