Marlee Boxler (née Schuld) joined the City of Troutdale in 2017 and served for three years as an assistant planner and associate planner. She was promoted to her current role in July 2020. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2017 with a masters degree in urban planning along with a bachelors degree in architectural studies as part of a five year program. While enrolled, Marlee worked in several capacities including as a planning intern with the City of Olathe, Kansas and as a communications and planning manager for MainCor, the Main Street Corridor Development board for the Midtown district of Kansas City, Missouri.
